→ Symposium: A one day symposium will be held at Norsk Reiselivsmuseum on Friday September 6, 2024. Lunch and coffee included.

→ Workshop: Join us for a creative, colorful and low-key ‘weave patch’ workshop, hosted by Estelle Bourdet on September 7 at Balestrand Hotell. Contact Silje at post@kunstbygda.no to reserve a seat - drop in is also fine!(price: 500,- // 350,- for attendees at the symposium). Workshop includes coffee, tea, baked goods and great beats, plus you get your own mini-loom and a cotton tote bag.
→ Concert: There will be a concert with Kjorstad Brothers at Korall during the opening night. Attendees with tickets from the symposium have free entrance.

From Bergen: Norled Express Ferry – twice daily departures from Bergen to Balestrand, alternatively train to Flåm and then the ferry from Flåm to Balestrand.
From Sogndal Airport: Airport bus to Songdal Skysstasjon, and thereafter the 820 bus to Balestrand. Check times here.
From Oslo: Train to Flåm + ferry from Flåm to Balestrand.
